We discuss the job requirements and expectations of a nanny with our clients to ensure a good match can be found. All of the nannies we place are required to have an Enhanced CRB Disclosure. We also do full reference checks and interview personally at our offices. We offer suggestions on where to turn for tax and National Insurance advice and help draw up contracts of employment. Applejacks Nannies is also the publisher of The Nanny Diary, which was first printed in 1995 and can be used as a communication log between nannies and parents.
