Nanny Agency fee structure payable by parents: Nannies: London 14% / Rest of UK 12% / Overseas 20% / Please note there is a £50 registration fee for overseas clients. Temporary Nanny: United Kingdom £20 per day or £85 per week / overseas £25 per day or £110 per week
