All Counties Nannies was started in 1997 by Lynda Sattelle. Lynda has over 30 years experience in the field of childcare, having worked as a professional nanny, nursery manager and in a neo-natal unit. Lynda specialises in nannies ad mother's helps. She has also brought up three children of her own, which helps her to understand the needs of parents and their anxieties.

All nannies are interviewed by Lynda who follows up on at least three references (verbally) and have current CRB Disclosures. If a nanny does not have a First Aid Certificate, Lynda advises them on how to register for one.

Lynda has a standard client registration form, but Lynda believes it is also very important to spend as much time getting to know the clients and their lifestyles to figure out how to exactly meet their needs - to get the right 'family match.'
