We understand that every family is unique and will have their own criteria for their perfect nanny which is why we offer a truly personalised search and selection service to every family. We will guide you through the entire process from the considerations when choosing a nanny right through to comprehensive aftercare once a suitable candidate has been placed. All of our nannies have a minimum of two years experience, qualifications, checkable references, first aid certificates and enhanced CRB disclosures.

All nannies are met in person and interviewed in depth so that we truly get to know a candidate before matching them to a prospective family.

Nanny Agency fee structure payable by parents: Permanent placements: Nanny: 6 weeks net salary + VAT, Governess: 6 weeks net salary + VAT. Temporary placements: Maternity Nurse: £80 per week booked + VAT, Nanny: £80 per week booked + VAT, Holiday Nanny: £80 per week booked + VAT, Special events: £50 per day + VAT.
