We always obtain proof of identification, qualifications and residence together with a minimum of two written childcare references. Our UK based carers all have Criminal Records Bureau checks whilst our au pairs have police checks from their country of origin.

At the start of your search we offer advice on employing a nanny, mother's help or au pair which includes, among other information, interview techniques, speaking to your potential employee's previous employers, payment of Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions, writing a job description, completing a contract of employment and identifying your additional insurance requirements.

When you have found and employed the right person we offer continued advice and support to you and your carer throughout the term of employment.
