Coralis was born out of 28 years experience in the childcare sector. Corina Naish and Ali Woof, co-owners and managers of the agency, are both qualified child carers and have both worked as nannies and nursery nurses in various settings. As a result we have a deep understanding of what makes the relationship between nannies and parents work successfuly. We pride ourselves in our professional, thorough approach to recruiting only the best candidates. All applicants have to go through a very strict screening process. Childcarers are interviewed in person in order to best assess them and their identity.

Qualifications and references are always checked. To become registered with Coralis Childcare they must hold an up-to-date CRB, a valid First Aid Certificate and the relevant qualifications. The agency specialises in recruiting first class nannies, full or part time nannies, daily or live in nannies, mother's help, babysitters and nursery nurses in the Berkshire and Oxfordshire areas. We aim to advise on the most appropriate childcare solutions for each client's circumstances.  We remain in close contact with both the parent and the child carer for a few weeks after a suitable candidate has been employed. Most problems would arise in those first few weeks and we are here to guide you through them so that the relationship between employer and employee can be a long and happy one.

Nanny Agency fee structure payable by parents: £875 for full time permanent staff. £20/day for temporary staff.
