CCC has been developed and run by Anne Wills who has worked as a counselling psychologist in Cornwall for the past 25 years. With a science degree in cognitive psychology - which included child development - and diplomas in counselling and other behavioural and emotional therapies she is well placed to understand people’s needs and to assess prospective applicants.

If you are looking for a nanny, parent’s helps, maternity nurses, governesses, au pairs or babysitters, we have a rigorous interviewing and selection process to ensure the highest standards.

We carry out home visits and we feel it is important to get to know our clients and their individual needs, ensuring that we supply the right applicant.

We offer a bespoke service as we are aware that your needs are as individual as you. If you require a nanny who can care for your pets or help with your horses, we will supply an applicant to suit your needs. Although we are local to Cornwall, we can place applicants anywhere in the country or abroad.

All our fees are clearly outlined on our website. We don’t believe in the ‘hard sell’ because it is vital that you make a decision based on what is best for your family. We are not a franchise, which means we are in control of our costs, keeping them low and offering economical common sense to our customers.
