The Elite Childcare agency was launched in 2009. after working as nanny for over 10 years and completing my teacher training, then teaching in nursery schools for two years across Berkshire, I decided to open Elite Childcare Agency.

We offer families from abroad support in teaching their children English through an informal play based programme.

Your children will be cared for by loving, qualified, experienced nannies and babysitters. All staff are fully checked to ensure the safety of your little ones.

Nanny Agency fee structure payable by parents:  Full time nanny £700; Part time nanny £550; before and after school nanny £200.
