Gen122 place aupairs, nannies, part-time nannies, mother's helps, night nannies, babysitters and also provide additional services:
- in-house payroll
- contracts
- induction courses
- assistance with registering with the Criminal Record Bureau
- information on requirements for registering with Ofsted

Every applicant is interviewed thoroughly and all references are checked in detail by us. After the employment has commenced we keep in touch to ensure that both the familiy and the nanny are happy with the placement. We believe it is important to understand the specific needs and requirements of each family and be able to match their expectations.

Nanny Agency fee structure payable by parents: Aupairs and mother's helps 1-6 months: £195.00; 6-12 months: £295.00. 
Qualified nannies 1-6 months: £300.00; 6-12 months: £450.00.
Summer fees (2-3 months): £150.00.
