Honesty, reliability and conscientiousness are qualities we seek to ensure through our Code of Conduct and Responsibilities. All of our nannies have a minimum of two years childcare experience, great verified references and can provide Enhanced CRB/relevant police checks.

We are committed to appropriate safety training and we pay for all our full time placed nannies to attend a specialist Paediatric First Aid Course.

Our customer service processes are structured to ensure that we keep in regular contact and up to date with the great child carers on our Halcyon register and we engage in extensive outreach through industry publications and other sources to attract more experienced and highly skilled candidates.

Our nannies wear a smart and practical uniform that is designed for all weather and is suitable for tumbles and play. A registered Halcyon Childcare is associated with a brand representing the highest standards of childcare in the industry. That is why we expect our nannies to wear our uniforms with pride!
