We have a stringent policy with regards to our applicants. We are looking for people with a minimum of four years of experience, and a good understanding of their jobs. Our nannies must have a solid grasp on child development, first aid certificate as well as an Enhanced CRB Disclosure. In our housekeepers, we look for those with impeccable cleaning ethic and a strong ability to organise. Some of our housekeepers are excellent cooks, too.
