Kidcare4U founder and Director, Caroline Gibson, has first hand experience of the joys and trials of childcare as the mum of two children. She understands very well the reassurance that a competent, caring nanny can bring and has first hand experience of finding and hiring nannies.

She is also a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience assisting blue chip organisations with their recruitment, selection, training and development initiatives and it is this experience that she brings to Kidcare4U.

In all, our team have over fifty years parenting experience coupled with professional skills in people assessment. We offer a quality, efficient process that focuses on professional profiling of family and carer needs. We will only present candidates if we truly believe they can meet the needs of your family.

Nanny Agency fee structure payable by parents: £400 for a full time placement: Temporary post - £25 per day or £100 per week.
