The Childcare Company was first established in 1982 by Elizabeth Elder when her own children were 9, 7 and 3 years old. Twenty-five years later the company is now run by her two daughters, Mary Elder and Hannah Surridge, along with one of their very first clients, Mandy Rodger.

The Childcare Company is based on good family values and enjoys a national and international reputation built up over many years.

Elizabeth Elder has been elected chair of the Childcare Sector of the Recruitment Employment Confederation and during the 80's and 90's was one of the main recruiters for the American Institute of Foreign Study in sending nannies to America.

The Childcare Company now specialises in nannies, au pairs, maternity nannies as well as before and after school care.
