All candidates are required to attend a one-to one interview with the respective Branch Manager, have an up to date CRB, a First Aid qualification for those in child care, and have good references. 

Mums The Word provides Nannies, Special needs nannies, Babysitters, Maternity Nurses, Nursery Nurses, Mothers helps, Weekend and Wedding staff, au pairs, Housekeepers, Summer holiday staff, Equine Grooms, Cleaners, Gardeners, Handymen and Couples.

CRB checks are undertaken, and Ofsted approved First Aid Courses organised.  There is also an online shop offering merchandise for the benefit of parents, children and nannies.

Mums The Word has 3 offices with Emma covering Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire, Jenny Stent covering Berkshire and Surrey and Susan Vanni covering Wiltshire & Hampshire as well as managing the Au Pair department for UK & Ireland.
