Harmony At Home is a unique childcare agency and consultancy. The focus is on natural parenting and excellence in childcare. We place nannies, maternity nurses, mother's helps, housekeepers, doulas, and childminders all on a permanent, part time and temporary basis. We also offer babysitting and childcare for events and emergency cover.

The agency is run personally by Mrs. Frankie Gray. Frankie is a Norland trained nursery nurse with over 10 years experience of caring for children as a nanny, nursery nurse and nanny consultant. As a mother she is fully aware of the ups and downs of family life, and how difficult it can be to find childcare which is affordable and excellent. She has first hand experience of both angles, and is able to support you through the whole process. She will even visit you in your home to discuss your requirements one to one! Frankie's aim is to provide quality childcare, a personal service and support when required. There is a refund policy for when things don't go to plan and customer comments are always welcome.

Frankie takes great care in ensuring all applicants are vetted and personally interviews all applicants before they are registered. Frankie doesn't register all applicants, especially when she has any doubt about an applicant's abilities or professional conduct. There are strict registration requirements. For a 'sole charge' nanny or maternity nurse / nanny the requirements are:

1. Personal interview with Frankie
2. Childcare qualification at diploma / level 3
3. Up-to date Enhanced CRB Check
4. Two professional referees
5. One personal referee (known for 10 years and not related)
6. 12 hour paediatric First Aid Certificate
7. Nanny insurance
8. Minimum two years experience with children (can be voluntary and in training experience)
9. Registration with the Childcare Approval Scheme
