Having worked as a nanny for 15 years through which time gaining many childcare qualifications, I have the ability to understand the client’s childcare needs and their family’s lifestyle. Equally I have the ability to build good relationships with candidates as I can show an understanding to their job needs and what type of family they are searching for. This gives me the skill to successfully introduce candidates to families. Nanny Smart provides full/part time, live in/out, permanent/temporary qualified and experienced nannies, mother’s helpers and housekeepers. We specialise in Ofsted registered candidates and offer families who are eligible for childcare vouchers a reduced introduction fee. We provide support to parents with examples of contracts, tax information, childcare vouchers and on-going support throughout the placement. Our introduction fees are very competitive!

All potential candidates are personally interviewed and any gaps in their CVs explored. An enhanced police check and a minimum of three references are verbally checked. Candidates are encouraged and guided to undertake a childcare qualification and a first aid course. We provide flexibility by interviewing candidates at the weekends and in the evenings.

Nanny Agency fee structure payable by parents: Permanent placements:  Live-in candidates: 4 weeks net salary / minimum fee of £300. Live-out candidates: 3.5 weeks net salary / minimum fee of £325
