Solihull Au Pair & Nanny Agency has been in existence for over 20 years. Mature nannies who applied to us for work years ago are still with our agency. A professional and personal service is given to both nannies and clients. Lorraine interviews all the nannies herself and has years of experience doing so.

Lorraine has done a course in counselling in order to enhance her skills with the nannies and families and always has time to listen and help her clients.

Since 1986, Lorraine has been sending au pairs and nannies to the USA and she currently works with AuPairCare, which is based in San Francisco.

Many of the nannies who are placed by Lorraine spent a year in the USA as an au pair before going into the 'nanny ladder' here in the UK.
