Enchanted Childcare aims to build a long standing association with both their clients and nannies. We identify our clients' individual requirements and the staff who would best meet these needs.

To register, nannies are required to attend an interview during which we assess their personalities, evaluate their capabilities and the type of work they would be best suited for. Over time, we assess their growth in confidence and experience, their additional training and take into account changes in personal circumstances.

Nannies are put forward for interview only if they are genuinely interested in a position and are compatible with the client's requirements. We do not believe in wasting either party's valuable time.

We invest in the initial stages of a placement supporting the parents and nannies during the settling period, mediating should problems arise and, if appropriate, and suggesting solutions.

These steps result in parents and staff having strong, long-term working relationships, which will provide a happy and secure environment for children.
