The Norland Agency is part of the prestigious Norland College which was founded in 1892 and is home to the world famous Norland Nannies. The Norland Agency only places nannies and maternity nurses who trained at Norland College and as such has full details of their training.

We require that all Norlanders who search for positions through the agency to provide us with a full employment history and references before putting them forward for any positions. The agency works very hard to match candidates to the right positions for them and the family.

Norland nannies work on a daily (live out) or residential basis and their prime purpose is to meet all the needs of the children in their care

The Norland Nanny works closely with the parents and plans and organises stimulating, educational and fun activities for the children. They cook for the children, providing them with a balanced diet and make sure that they are always safe and well.

It is the responsibility of the nanny to adapt themselves as far as possible to the existing conditions of the household. The precise terms under which a nanny is employed must therefore be negotiated between the nanny and the employer before she begins.

Nanny Agency fee structure payable by parents: 
Qualified Norland Nanny: Full/Part-time 15% net annual salary + VAT. 
Probational: Full/Part-time 12% net annual salary + VAT. 
Nursery: Full-time £1500 + VAT.
